Classic and Vintage Bicycles: What's it Worth? Appraisals and Inquiries - 1988 Trek 1200 value?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Hey I have a 55cm 1988 Trek 1200. It's in excellent condition with newly replaced cables, trued wheels, and new yellow bar tape. The bike itself has full Shimano 105 components and Matrix wheels. It's a 12 speed. Comes with platform pedals.
How much do you guys think it is worth. I plan on putting it on Craigslist here in Knoxville, TN.

High 200's in the Tampa market. I just sold a very nice 1200 with RX100, fully rebuilt for $275.
+1 $250. Won't sell immediately at that price, but that would be full market around here.

Non-brifter bike, here in eastern NC, 175, maybe 200. There are some real steals right now, like an 8-sp Ergo Bianchi for $300, Trek 1600 w/Ultegra for $400. Hard to keep a high value with that going on.

+1. Some of the good STI/Ergo bikes are creeping down in price.
