Classic and Vintage Bicycles: What's it Worth? Appraisals and Inquiries - Bianchi Nuovo Alloro?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I have confirmed this is a Bianchi Nuovo Alloro. Any comments on the bike?

Are you asking if it's worth $300? I'd say yes. You can always try to nudge it down a little, but I'd pay that if the bike fit me and was in good shape.

I'm interested in any general info on the bike.
I have a metallic black 1983 one in a 51ish size that I've ridden for the past 12+ years... almost 1/2 my life. I love it. Same campy/modolo components, same seat... not sure if I have the same cranks. I just wish the Nuovo Alloro stickers hadn't worn off the top tube... (that's where I rest my hand as I shift, it's a 51 ;) )
If you get the numbers/letters off the area around the seat clamp (3 on each side, I believe), you can look up some more info on it. That was how I discovered mine was an early '83.
(I still have the original pedals, brake levers, bottle cage, and seat)

General info on the Nuovo Alloro??
I had one that was Celeste, seemed like a mid-range model - some Campy parts, some Modolo, Bianchi label Ofmega cranks, Columbus TreTubi frame, 'B' engraved in the fork crown. With all these different versions and colors coming out I wonder how many incarnations the Nuovo Alloro had...
