Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg) - do you have to weigh in on race day?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
im right on the border of being a clydesdale. some days i weigh in at 195 and some days i weigh in at 200-202. if i competed as a clydesdale would i have to weigh in on raceday?

For what events????
I've done lots of different races, but only ran clyde class twice- but mostly because there just isn't a clyde class most of the time. I've never had to weigh in to verify my clyde status.
It's kind of an honor thing though. Sandbagging your way to clyde class trophy would be a pretty hollow victory.
My advice would be to just eat and train as you normally do and not worry about it. If they weigh you, then they weigh you and you just compete wherever you end up. :)
