I'm playing around with my saddle height and feel that I have a comfortable height. when I pedal at a moderate cadence then I have no rocking of my hips. However, if I drop it in a very low gear at a higher cadence, then I have significant rocking.

Is this a sign of my saddle height being too high??

Thanks.

That could be from a cadence you're lower body is not comfortable with yet. I'm just getting to the point where pedaling at 95-100 doesn't feel like I'm out of control or another way to but it. Feeling I'm behind the rate I'm spinning at. As in, out of time. Pushing a bit late on each stroke. To me it feels like I'm windmilling or bouncing on the seat. I'm a year old rookie so I could be just full of crap. :)

Gyro, you're right. It takes practice to pedal smoothly at high cadence. Paco97, your seat is not too high.

Please note my spelling above. "You're" is a contraction of "you are." "Your" is a possessive pronoun, i.e. it's yours and not mine or his or theirs.
