In Valencia, a cyclist killed by a @#$% drunk driver. Of course the drunk left the scene.:mad:

And it is a citizen who takes action here, not the police. Usual case. We definitely have to watch out for ourselves and each other.
Nobody else, who gets a paycheck, will.
