read the section saying.....Ullrich calls Armstron's bluff
I think its plausible, or at least a good attempt to fool the opposition

That's certainly what Ullrich thinks. I can't wait 5 more days - bring it on! :)

Yeah there are a lot of head games involved but I really don't think Lance is truely as good this year as he wishes. Did you see his interview after the TT up Mont Ventoux? This was not acting and if it was, Lance is not good enough to have pulled it off. When he talked about the two minute gap Mayo got on him, there was an instant where you could see a sincere look of fear on his face. He even tried to hide it but wasn't quick enough. I got the feeling that right after that race he went right to work on some serious mountains because he knew his climbing isn't where he wants to be.

He probably got his mechanic to start drilling holes in his rig to lose that extra .5kg of weight too, and get it right down to the UCI limit! :D

I for once agree with Jan Ullrich. Lance is in better shape than last year.

Lance maybe in better shape this year but so are the other contenders. Mayo will leave burn marks on the climbs which he will need to because he's gonna loose 2.30 in the TTT.
I don't think Lance bluffed on Mt Ventoux.....he's a concerned man I'm sure ;)
