I'm going to be in Portsmouth this weekend for a wedding, but I'm bringing my bike to get some training in. Can anyone give me some recommendations of nice roads up there?

Follow Rt 1B through New Castle into Rye, back into Portsmouth. Turn Left on 1A and follow 1A down along the ocean through Rye Beach, North Hampton, Hampton Beach, Seabrook, and into Salisbury Mass. Turn around and head back. When you get back to Portsmouth cross the Memorial bridge (walk your bike on the sidewalk) into Maine.
You've just about 50 miles through three states.
