Every year ESPN has a day dedicated to the V Foundation, today is that day. This speech is very moving for me every time I hear it.

That was an unbelievably moving speech, for sure. I have a rather lengthy excerpt from it on my facebook page as well..

I love that speech and I admire anyone who faces such adversity with such great character. As my father in law was dying of lung cancer, I learned a lot about character, as he described the disease which was taking his life as " a little cough". I never saw him complain.

Well, all I have left to do today is laugh and think.

It's been a hard season so far for me ... giving up is an option, but I don't want to give in.

Inspiring, but so was Churchill in 1941.
