Normal? Walking after cycling. Nitrogen discharge after (lots) cycling. Audible from distance.

Not painful.

Sounds like i'm 100. I bike lots> even more now...so more pops, clicks...

I too have a nitrogen discharge problem. Oh, wait, that's not what you are talking about.

Do they pop while you are riding? My wife has one ankle that pops alot when she is walking without shoes. It's been like that for years with no issues. I'd say if it doesn't hurt, don't fret it.

Try stretching. I find that if I jog a lot, I have that pop too, it's yet to cause any pain or anything.

Krack your knuckles> nitrogen discharge. You are in advanced education?

Sorry, I'm full of it today..MET..when you 'pop' your knuckles you release built up nitro into the blood, and it's slowly re>absorbed.

Basically..I think...

I always thought cracking of nuckles was just moving fluid between the spaces in your joints.

I learnt gas. Might be right. Freakin' noisy.

My joints regularly crack (knees, ankles, 'back', wrist). The rule of thumb I was advised is that if it doesn't hurt it's nothing to worry about.

Maybe next time you're at your local GP it might be worth mentioning it just to be on the safe side...
