You can learn a lot just by looking at lawyers sites that specialize in represneting cyclists and pedestrians that have been hit by cars, but what i'm wanting to know is this, does anyone know of any sites that specialize in representing drivers that have hit cyclists and pedestrians? Í am sure we could find those sites interesting too.

Interesting question. Do you know of such sites?

In a circumstance where a driver hits a cyclist, the cyclist is in the wrong, and there is a lawsuit, it might be wise to at least consult with the lawyer who is very familiar with cycling law. A lawyer familiar with the rights and duties of a cyclist would be useful in a case like that.

Plus, you could get the guy under contract before the cyclist does.
