Hi!

I've got a couple items for sale. I haven't yet snapped photos, but I plan to do so. (I put stock photos up in the meantime.) Feel free to contact me with interest.

[1] garmin edge 305 gps/computer. this is in phenomenal shape -- i've got the original box + everything. i've used it extensively, but it's been on a road bike. (only reason i'm selling is that i've got a 705 now.) incl. **new** HR monitor + speed/cadence sensor. $175. SOLD [see attached photo at the end of this post for a pic of everything i'm including. i forgot to include the original box in the pic, but i've got it.]

[2] possibly selling my garmin etrex vista hcx. also in phenomenal shape, w/ box & everything. not 100% sure about selling this one -- have to see if the 705 is going to replace it for me. $not sure yet [no longer planning to sell this.]

[3] Specialized S-Works carbon cranks -- BB30 compatible. Ideal for someone with a bb30 setup who wants to take advantage of the power meter that Quarq just introduced. (This is available ONLY from Specialized as a $500 crankset which includes spider/rings. I'm selling the cranks in this line item, but I have rings and spiders listed below) 172.5mm Incredibly light -- and very stiff. I weighed these @ 335g for arms + spider, of which 60g is the spider. SOLD

[4] Specialized S-Works road chainring set 53/39 -- brand new, in wrapper. Sells for $200 from Specialized. "7075 T6 aluminum alloy rings featuring 3-19 Ni-Boron coating which reduces wear and improves shifting performance." 130 BCD (Rings only -- spiders listed below). LIsted as 157g. $make offer

[5] Specialized S-Works road chainring set Compact 50/34 -- also brand new. (A take-off from a bike -- rings still zip-tied together. ) 110 BCD. As above, $200 from Specialized -- "7075 T6 aluminum alloy rings featuring 3-19 Ni-Boron coating which reduces wear and improves shifting performance. " (Rings only -- spiders listed below). Listed as 140g. $make offer

Pic for 4 & 5:

[6] Specialized S-Works road crank spider - 130 BCD. 75g. Spec sells it for $55. New. $make offer

[7] Specialized S-Works road crank spider compact 110 BCD. 60g. Spec sells it for $55. New. $make offer

Spider and 50-34 chain rings still available? These should fit the Allez double right?

yes, they are still available. i'm not familiar with the specialized allez, but i can tell you that the chainrings are standard and are designed to fit any crank with 110mm BCD. the spider is designed for a specialized crank (and thus it may not be compatible -- all i can verify is that i have used this model with a specialized fact carbon crank -- although this one is brand new).

i will do what i can to help you out, but please verify the compatibility first.

thank you!

ps feel free to send a private message.

thanks for the PM re: the edge 305. i replied via PM, but since i have had other requests i figured i would post additional information here:

for the price listed you will get:
1) The Edge 305
2) Brand new heart-rate monitor strap (i have a new one from the 705 i purchased; i figured i'd keep mine from the 305 and give the buyer the new one)
3) Brand new speed/cadence sensor
4) Brand new AC charger
5) Brand new garmin USB cable
6) One brand new handlebar mounts and the stem adapter
7) A 2nd handlebar mount (used, but I may be able to send a new one)
8) Magnets (speed + cadence)
9) Zip-ties (new, of course)
10) Product manuals + software

several people have told me they are interested and asked for my payment, but as i have told each of them i do not consider the item sold until funds have hit my paypal account (or other payment terms are arranged).

usps priority mail shipping is about $10 (i will cover insurance).

i have the original garmin box, and i will pack that box securely in a 2nd, outer box.

thanks for looking!

A+ guy. Shipped extremely fast. Got me a new sensor from Garmin when he found out his old one was out of alignment. Don't hesitate to deal with him. A++

aswada: thanks for being great to do business with and for posting the above compliment.

for any potential future sellers who might read this thread, aswana had great communication and paid promptly.

hope you enjoy the 305.

[i]to aswada's comment, i noticed the swing arm of the speed/cadence sensor was very slightly out-of-alignment after removing it from a bike. (it didn't impact affect magnet pickup and i have no idea when it happened, so i never noticed it.) garmin was a pleasure to deal with, and i made sure to get a brand new sensor for aswada...and still ship it out immediately after receiving payment.
