I chanced upon this forum fortuitously, and being a cyclist and without a car for 8 years, was happy to discover a community of persons with similar interests. At age 67, I find few contemporaries to share rides with but manage to enjoy Maryland's many beautiful bike trails solo.
Anyone needing to know something about biking around Baltimore, don't hesitate to ask. I know, most persons don't ' associate Baltimore with beauty, but it's there--except that you stand a better chance of finding in on a bike than in a car. I haven't biked everywhere, but I've been most impressed with the attractions of those places where I have.

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
