A fully and carefully restored, mid-'80's Merckx Corsa with Columbus SL tubing in the rare Faema colors. The fork is original with matching serial number and square crown. It sports the original and period correct Shimano 600 group (the forerunner to Ultegra) with NOS cranks, chain and brake pads. The wheels are original, rebuilt Matrix ISO rims shod with brand new tires. New cables, tape, cages, and saddle. The down tube lettering is pinstriped paint, and the other decals have been replaced with period-correct transfers. The Corsa steel frame rides like a dream with classic Merckx geometry and handling. The top tube measures 56 c-c. The seat tube measures 57 c-c. The serial number is Z 9862 7C.
