Me and my Dad are going to buy a bike for my Mom. The Bike she's looking at is a 1999 Norco Monterey being sold by a friend. She wants $400 CDN for the bike and will also include a helmet. I was wondering if the Norco Monterey is a good bike and if anyone else has and/or know someone who has owned one and what do they think of it?. Is the bike durable and light? Thanks for your help
