Hello Im putting together a sing speed bike and need some help locating tires that will properly fit. I have an old fram that would be fitted with a 700c wheels and gears. I want to put on some nice fat tires like these

Will standard 19mm road rims be able to accommodate these larger tires? I was thinking of running a diameter of 35+mm

Any thoughts are appreciated

yes they will, but not ideally. The tires will be slightly less round than if you mounted them on a wider rim. Is it really an issue while riding? no, not really.
