I think it's a nice-looking ride (though I can't understand what appears to be a lot of extra material below the bottom bracket. Kind of like it was supposed to be a lowrider.

However, any turn over 3mph or over 12 degrees, and you'll be on the ground wondering what happened.

It is advertised as a mobility device for people with special needs, so they're probably not racing. However, that doesn't excuse a design that anyone who had thought about it for an hour wouldn't make.
