I ordered a ping battery and have not received any word on the shipment even though it has been 9 days. I am wondering if this is the norm? Do I need to start worrying yet?

I think they do some testing before shipment, but not sure how long that takes. I would check in with them. 9 days seems long, unless 4 of those days were weekend days.
