Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - EAI bareknuckle

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
So lately I've been in the market for a frame, and decided to go look around some bike shops. I walked into a store and saw a gleaming white bareknuckle frame/fork with a FSA headset for sale. and it was my size. Needless to say I bought it, but that same night I flew out of the country to New Zealand (where I am posting this from). So moral of the story is that I'm in new zealand (can't complain about that) just itching to build it up and ride it, but I can't for the next two months

I'm jealous, I want a bareknuckle
any idea on what you're building it up with? A clean white frame gives you a lot of options

nice. I wish they still sold them for cheap.

nice, enjoy new zealand, but i can imagine how painful it must be knowing you have a great frame ready to be built when you get back home.

hmm...it depends on what you'll be using it for but i'd love to see something like
mavic open pros (or any low-profile rim) laced to formulas with soma everwears (white sidewall)
sugino 75 crank w/75 chainring
you said you already had a headset so boo, threadless would be my choice on a clean frame
saddle depends on what is comfy for you, but something like a kashimax fg4p
MKS sylvans/double straps
if you're gonna go brakeless, Nitto b123 track drops. Realistically I think some bullhorns would be more comfy
and it might be neat to do something like blue track nuts, just to set it off a little
so go ahead and build this bike and then mail it to me :)
