Found this U-lock in NE Portland Oregon, at the NE Vancouver and NE Portland/Rosa Parks Blvd intersection late Sunday 7/19/09. Hopefully you're even on this site and look here. Craigs list seeme to not want me to post this on its web site, so I'm giving it one good try and then I'll put it back near where I found it in two days.
