Hi,

I have riden bikes off and on since a kid. In my 30s I got into riding hills and centuries: Death Valley, Salt River Canyon, mounains all over Arizona, and Nevada. Then graduate school and my career got in the way. I started again in my 50's and over the last 8 years have ridden 26,000 miles, all over the West. Including a wandering trip of 3,000+ from Anacortes Washington, up to Banff and finishing in Fargo. I have commuted to work 3 to 4 days for the last 7 years and ride on weekends for exersize / recreation. I have eight bikes, four are custom. Range from a 17lbs relaxed race to full blown custom long distance tour bike and a couple commuters. Independent Fabrication are the most dominant supplier and Dura Ace components. Like to ride, not particularly fast, like to enjoy it, so usually ride alone. G
