I'm upgrading a Trek Fuel I got recently with new wheels, new brakes and new shifters. The shop I am dealing with is selling me a pair of wheels with Deore XT hubs (disc) for $175 and a pair of Hayes brakes paired with Deore XT dual control levers. Since I already have a Deore XT FD, I was thinking about buying a XT RD. Can I go with the shadow RD or am I stuck with the normal one? Thanks.
