So I work at a bike charity, and we end up doing a lot of education. I just really got into cycling a few years ago, so I understand how deeply some folks don't even know what they don't know, but some of my friends are pretty blown away.
I'm starting to come to the conclusion that introductory biking books are a really good tool for helping folks sort out all of the noise. I like Urban Bikers' Tips and Tricks by Dave Glowacz, but there have to be other good intro biking books. What have you enjoyed or found useful?

John Allen's Bicycling Street Smarts is a great book available in hard copy or on line. The on line version is at http://www.bikexprt.com/streetsmarts/usa/index.htm
Dave Glowacz has condensed some of Urban Tips and Tricks into Safe Cycling booklets (36 pages) available from a number of state and city DOTs. An on line (downloadable) version of his Safe Cycling in Chicago is available at:
