Hm... I picked up a small can of Cytomax today. Back in the day (when I had to whisper "Cytomax" at the health food store and the guy would go into the back to get it but only after I went in with a friend who was "known") the formulation had polylactate in it. However, the can in front of me makes no mention of it. It's basically just carbs and artificial sweetner.

So, is there a special formula for Canada (because the cytosport website talks about the polylactate? We do have some weird food regulations here sometimes...

FWIW, I don't expect any effect from the polylactate... I just like the mild sweetness of Cytomax and it doesn't upset my stomach like some other sports drinks.
