Looks nice, but I doubt he/she can go fast on that brommie. Ouch on that derailleur.

That's a VERY expensive folding bike. couldn't he have just bought a more expensive folder that's designed for racing instead?? would probably be cheaper

Haha, well its a show bike for the bike shop so I don't think it will be ridden much.
Wondering how difficult these mods are. Brakes: just a parts replacement. Same with wheels, and cranks. For the cassette you need to open bend the rear. I thinks that's why it is not possible with the titanium bits. I would be fine with a 2-speed setup anyway. The "aber hallo" stem seems to have some purpose, maybe provides a neater fold? The brake levers are a bit projecting.

That is one of the nicest folding bikes I've ever seen....of course I am pretty new to these things. :)
