Greetings from Tucson,
This looks to be a great place for all kinds of bike info. I'm in my mid fifties and still enjoy riding. As a kid I had a Schwinn 5 speed. In high school in Spain I had a Torrot 10 speed. After University I built up a Columbus SL frame starting from a tube kit. I still ride it, but after 25 years and about 20,000 miles on it I found my dream bike, a Zeus Supercronos which I restored and put new aero wheels on, and ride every day now. It really flies and climbs for an old bike. I also have a Klein Aeolus which I ride every now and then, along with a dual shock mountain bike which gets me up close and personal with the cactus. I also frequent Classic Rendevous and Sheldon Brown's site (so sad he's gone). Well its time to hit the sack, the Tour on VS starts early in the Pacific time zone. Take care, Jim

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
