Had a great experience with this company. I was looking for some new Velocity rims and found them through Every Bicycle Tire. I had several questions prior to my order which the answered promptly and placed order. I found myself having to travel south and that my ordered had just been received by EBT, and versus them having to turn around and ship the order back to me, they agreed to meet me on a Saturday basically at what ever time I was to be in town. I met Gayle and had a wonderful conversation with her and learned a little more about their business ops. Very nice lady and she had a wonderful young helper, about 5 or 6 yo, passing out water on a hot and steamy day.

I've ordered from Every Bicycle Tire. Their customer service is awful. They don't pick up the phone and will not respond to my e-mails (or voice mails). I have been waiting for my product for almost four weeks now. At one point I did receive a notification that my tire would be delayed (no kidding). Still waiting.... not doing that again, next time I just order through my LBS.

As a follow-up I want to say that I finally received my order today (Feb 9, 2010), 5 weeks after ordered, and 4 weeks late. In addition to the "delay" they then sent it to an incorrect address. They did give me credit for shipping.
But my main complaint is that they were unresponsive to my inquiries.
I just received my new Tandem Disc Wheelset from Every Bicycle Tire. Friendly people, courteous and knowledgeable. Don't be surprised if it takes a bit longer than usual to receive some of their products due to the way they conduct their business model. This is all clearly explained on their site. Thanks Gayle, I will be purchasing again.

This company sold me tires they could not deliver, yet did not notify me, or respond to my emails after 3 weeks waiting . When I did make an appointment to talk to Gayle, she told me she could get me similar tires in 'about a week'. Another 3 weeks went by, and I had to make another appointment just to talk to someone. Gayle did not know what happened to my second set of tires. The third set arrived 3 days later. My total wait was 6 weeks!
Every other online retailer has given me tracking info after I placed my order. This company is evidently a 'middleman' only, and has a poor system of checks and balances to make sure that orders go through. I would not trust them again.
I've about had it with Every Bicycle Tire. I placed an order on September 3rd, received the wrong item, and contacted them that same day about an exchange. They said no problem, here's a return mailing label, except the return label had my address as the recipient and EBT as the shipper. Again, I contacted them the same day I received the return label to tell them it was incorrect.
Since then, which was around Sept. 10th, I haven't heard anything from them OR received the correct tires despite numerous follow up emails and phone calls. Yesterday I told them that if I don't hear from them by this Friday, Sept. 30th, I will initiate a chargeback. Still no reply. If they would at least let me know what to expect, that would go a long way. Hope they enjoy the nice hot cup of chargeback I'll be sending them on Friday.
Yeah, I'm officially done with Every Bicycle Tire. I've already ordered & received the correct tires from another merchant and still haven't heard any response from EBT. My credit card company is handling it for me now. Any savings on price is just not worth dealing with EBT's complete lack of follow through.
I was another victim of Every Bicycle Tire www(dot)everybicycletire(dot)com. This is the worst seller I had dealt with in my entire life. They charged my credit card really fast but never delivered my tires. I tried to contact them by email, phone and through their website "Costumer HQ"...what a joke...I can't believe these scammers are allowed to do business. They simply ignored all my attempts to know where are my products and now I will let my credit card company deal with them. And I also will spread the word EVERYWHERE. Run from these scammers as if they had the PLAGUE.

Every Bicycle Tire is the Worst. The Absolute Worst. How in the world does this company stay in business?! They should be prosecuted for Fraud.
After placing an order, nothing happens. The item I purchased never arrived. I sent emails AND called their phone number AND sent messages via their “contact” page. But I got no response. None.
Finally, I got tired of waiting and decided to contact my credit card company. I requested to have the charges reversed. I can prove everything with emails and my credit card statement. The charge is in the process of being reversed.

I suggest to anyone who made the mistake of buying from them to leave a complaint at their storefront at Amazon.com. This worked for me (altough all I got was a message from EBT telling me that my order would be cancelled and I will get a full refund...no tires at all). There's a guy who actually read the messages posted there and who sent me an email telling me he would report to EBT.
EBT keeps being my worst experience in web commerce ever and I live in Brazil, who is notorious for its slow postal/customs service. EBT beat them.
