Hey everyone just wanted to say hi from the good ol central Texas!!! Did a total of about 3 or 4 miles today, for the first time in about 16 or 17 years. I think I found muscles on the darkside that I did not know were there!!! :) Back at it again tomorrow. Can't wait for all the great SPANDEX to get here in the mail!!!!
