Which brake pads are generally considered the best for Avid Mechs? Mine are finally worn down and I need a new set, but am not sure what to buy.

Thanks.

Was one better than the other? Cost isn't really an issue with brake pads to me.

I've had good luck with the Aztec's but I've installed the Fibrax's on customers bikes and they seem duely impressed. Enough so that I may give them a try next go round.

Hmmmm.

Maybe I'll just buy both, seat them both in and do a little A/Bing. :)
