You might contact Walter (http://community.bikefriday.com/staff/walter) @ Bike Friday (and, from what I can tell, their FG/SS-go-to-customer-service guy... if nothing else, he's the most vocal about how cool SS/FG BF can be), I'm sure he'd be happy to talk with you about it.
I may be mistaken from the PRP pics I've seen, but I believe you've got vertical drop outs. So most likely you're looking at needing a tensioner / SS... FG would be harder.
For either SS or fixed gear take a look at the ENO hub from White Industries. The URL is http://whiteind.com/rearhubs/singlespeedhubs.html. I have had one of these on my "full-sized" road bike with verticle dropout for six years. I have never had a problem and it's a great hub and eliminates the need for a chain tensioner.

Which BF Stemstyle do you currently have? What kind of handlebars do you want to use?

Thank you, currently I have the custom fixed stem.
If all you're wanting to do is swap bars, all you need to do is find one with the same clamp area, then. Otherwise you can chat with the BF guys.

I will be removing a rear wheel with a Capreo nine speed cassette, Tiagra rear derailleur, Sora front derailleur, triple crank, chain, Flightdeck shifter/brake handles and the two piece drop bars. Any idea on what I should ask for the parts as a package?

That should be really nice, and lightweight! ... I'm finding the SS Mu Uno to be perfect for my around town errands and short rides around the county and not that much slower even with all the hills ... like to hear your impressions, and of course, a pic of the finished bike..

I got started and found handlebars that fit. Installed mtb brake levers and new brake cables. Purchased spacers for the rear wheel but need to get the freewheel off to space that side of the axle. A new chain and I will be ready to post pictures.
