Does anyone know where to get a 47 chaining which would fit on a masi speciale fixed?

Um, basically anywhere ... just search. Not trying to be mean if you're serious, but did you even try to go to your LBS or look online?

The Masi Speciale Fixed comes with a 48, why are you looking to make such a tiny change? For the skid patches?
Anyway, I don't remember off the top of my head, but go look up the BCD for the cranks. Any chainring that fits that BCD should fit just fine.
