Does this one have a cro-molly frame? If so, I would say $135.00 would sound about right for NE Ohio.

That is a small frame. I hope you are around 5'4" or so.

It appears you may have the handlebar stem, and maybe the seat stem, pulled out beyond the safe limit line.

I would say $160.00 in the Philadelphia market based on the components (mostly steel). You could get more if it had more alloy stuff like wheels, seatpost.

If it has steel rims, then it has the gas pipe frame (pre 1984 version). In great, ready to ride condition, such a bike would bring $100 to $125 MAX around here.

1984 was a key year for the World Sport. At that point, it got cromoly main tubes, alloy crank, and so on. 1984 and newer could bring $175 around here in clean, ready to ride condition, particularly for a small (19") frame. Larger frame would be harder to sell at that price.

If you ride a 49, then 180 would be OK, since you're not going to find them around much.

I dont know what it is, but in the bay area there isnt a lack of quality frames in that size...
