Wired PT softpack: the full thing less HR strap, 2.4 CPU, wiring harness, cadence sensor, CD, manual, etc

PT Pro in CXP33 rim, 32spoke build. I got it this summer and used it for a month. The computer was suffering from dropouts so I got the soft-pack listed above to replace the wiring harness. The problem has been diagnosed as probably a harness issue- but I don't know for sure. I'll include the head unit (verified functional), wiring harness (one nick wrapped in electrical tape), HR Strap, CD, Manual, etc

I have two pairs of 42cm ergo handlebars. One is a 25.4mm clamp set of Specialized Body Geometry bars. The tops are swept back for a shorter reach. There is a scrape through the powder coat on one drop from a fall otherwise just the usual slight abrasion from the stem clamp. The others are FSA RD300 bars with a 31.8mm clamp. These are basically new (used for less than 1000 miles) aside from some very slight abrasion under the stem clamp.

I would like either something with time trialing in mind or a CX frame (for two different builds obviously) budget brands are OK too. Ideally for a TT bike I want something with a cut-away seat tube and rear facing dropouts, a Leader would be perfect. The CX bike is self explanatory, something like a bikesdirect Motobecane is fine.

* Mavic Aksiums silver. ~2K miles, very good shape, perfectly true. Skewers and rim tape included.

* FSA RD-60 wheelset, with Bontrager Race Lite Hardcase 700x32c tires. Skewers included, no cassette. 1,600 miles on the wheels and 600 on the tires, perfectly true, no wear on the brake tracks. If you swap the front and rear tires eventually, there should be another 1,500+ miles in them.

I got a good deal on this bike but it is way too big for me. I'm looking for something in the 55-58cm range, Probably prefer steel but would consider aluminum, I just want a high quality lightweight fast frame, preferably with a brazed on front derailer bracket, 130 rear spacing. Ideally I'm looking for a frame and fork that I can swap all the components of my bike onto, but we can discuss bottom brackets and headsets, My bike has a cinelli headset, not sure about the BB prolly Campy. Here's what I know about the frame:

1970s vintage English Claud Butler hand-built frame, horizontal drops, it's about a 62-63cm, I'll measure it up later Reynolds 531 double-butted; Nervex lugs, custom painted with a carbon composite fork

The thing is stunning, there are almost no marks on the paint anywhere, the guy I bought it from had it painted and built up in 2002 but apparently only took it out a handful of times, I love ridding it and have been trying to convince myself that it's not too big

Dura Ace rear hub FH-7800 10spd ONLY New w/ skewer.
Never laced, a few tiny scratches as they have been out of the box. This is a 10spd high splined cassette only type hub. Shimano and IRC fit for sure, I don't know about other brands.

Dura Ace FH-7400 w/ 8/9/10spd freehub and QR.
Oldie but still super smooth, been built a few times it looks like. This freehub will accept a 10spd cassette, but will not take an 11t lock ring.

105 8spd STI levers ST-1055
Came off a lightly used bike, still working, but they're like ancient, so I'll give you a week to try them out and send them back if you don't like them. After that, AS IS, no guarantees.

Dia Comp bar end brake levers. New
Came with my Cervelo, but put on Cane Creeks and never used these.

Campagnolo friction down tube levers and HW. Used
No model on them, don't remember what they came with. Been in the garage for years.

Shimano Dura Ace 7700 9spd 11-21 cassette. Lightly used, maybe 1 or 2 time trials before I upgraded to 10spd.

SRAM PG-970 12-23 cassette. Bought for my wife's bike so guaranteed low mileage, maybe 50 miles in 3 years. Missing lockring, so you get an Ultegra 6600 lockring with it. Yipee! :)

Shimano 8spd 11-34 cassette. Very light use. You can use this to go up and down VERY steep hills.

Shimano FD-5603 105 triple front derailleur 1-3/8" clamp. New-no box, you can still see the original Shimano grease oozing from its pivots.

Dura Ace FD-7400 Front Derailleur 1-1/8" clamp Obviously very old but in nice looking shape. A few tiny rust spots inside the cage, I'll probably clean them off for you before I ship it.

Dura Ace FD-7410 Front Derailleur 1-1/8" clamp Not quite as old as the one above, but also in nice looking shape.

FSA OS-170 stem 90mm x 1-1/8" 6deg, 31.8mm HB clamp.
New, but no box. Didn't fit my daughter's 26.0 handlers bars and I didn't want to use the crappy shims the seller sent.
