Bicycle Colorado has launched an outreach awareness and education activity to encourage bicyclists and motorists to share the road. We are calling it the “3-2-1 Courtesy Code: 3 feet to pass, 2 abreast when clear, 1 single file to allow passing.” See the article , www.BicycleColorado.org .
