Hi, I live in the upstate of SC and started back cycling just a few months ago. I am doing three to five rides a week now and they are between 13 and 30 miles. I loved it as a teen and thought those days were over but after losing 35 lbs. I got back on the bike and have falling in love with it again. Now at 48 it is great exercise and a good physical challenge. I have an inexpensive bike but hope to upgrade next year. I am excited about hearing of the challenges and successes of others.
