The hair at the beginning reminds me a bit of Yahoo Serious in Young Einstein.

But seriously, I can get wacky Indian music videos anytime I want-- and I don't even have a TV. I just go to Bombay Garden down on El Camino in Santa Clara. Non-stop weirdness on the screens-- and the saag paneer is fabulous!
