Professional Cycling For the Fans - Now for our least favorite cyclists

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
The only one of the top of my head that bothered me so far is Thor. Don't know why, but just not a fan. Could have been his interview on itv's podcast after the cavendish incident, kind of a d-bag on that one ( IMHO at least)
and as always I'm just tired of hearing about lance, not that I really dislike him.
Cadel bar none
Richard
Far and away the worst.
Ricco . . . . smart-a$$. I hope to never see him race again.

Everyone on frickin' Astana. Every stinkin' one of them. Can't get behind a Kazakhstan sponsored team. Don't care who's on it. Not to mention all of the drama. Enough already.

Firstly, Any caught dopers.
Cav. Maybe that will change when he grows up a bit.
The only one of the top of my head that bothered me so far is Thor.
I like Thor - I guess because I have cousins in Norway....
From the sounds of it, you won't have Astana to kick around any more in next year's season.
Cavendish...I just don't like a team being built around not wanting to win the GC.

That only took 15 posts.
I would say Thor because he was a whinny ***** on occasion, but his ride today made me respect him a little more.
I don't like the Schleck brothers too much, no particular reason just don't.

I'm presently ticked at Arroyo. He didn't go in a single break this year. Waste of a slot on my fantasy team. :innocent:
Least favorites: Rasmussen, Ricco, DiLuca, Kohl, Pettachi, Mayo, Evans, Honchar, Massolini, Vino, Hamilton, Leipheimer, and up until today, Hushovd. Thor gained my respect with his effort today, so while he isn't one of my favorites, he's off the other list. If we want to go old school... different list. :D

What in the world could you have against Rabobank's Big Russian Muscle Man Denis Menchov? The guy just rides and, is generally a quiet guy that keeps to himself it seems.

What's wrong with Leipheimer and McEwen?

I like Robbie. He says what's on his mind, backs it up, and has a great sense of humor.
Levi has talent, but IMO, he's overhyped, and I find his personality to be a bit self-centered and "meh". He's probably a fine fellow once you really get to know him, but I'm not keen on the face he presents to the public.
That only took 15 posts.
Haha. took me a while on that one to figure it out.

I was starting to like Cavendish, but his comments about Thor set me off him for good.
With that in mind, Thor has always been on of my favorites. His ride today was Epic!
oh, and Cadel of course. Suck it up princess, it's your fault you're not in contention.

Cavendish is very arrogant. I can't stand him.

I think Cav is a dick but I think he has every right to be. Think back to Cipo and McEwen.

Hard for me to hate on the sprinters. Seems like the attitude or arrogance comes hand in hand with being a great one.
The Chicken is on my list of least favorites. Couldn't stand Mancebo either with that hunched back leaning to side style.

 Just don't step on his dog, or he'll cut your head off!
Any time I'm constipated, I look for quotes from Riccardo Ricco, because he simply annoys the s*** out of me. Problem solved.

dick pound & manolo "venga venga" saiz bothered me way more than any cyclist.
mc ewen's p*ss & vinegar attitude (had to respect his ability tho) is disturbing.
vinokourov & ricco's recent collective arrogance are breathtaking to behold.

Cadel Evans, hands down. Nobody else bothers me.
Thor - can anyone look both insufferably smug and insufferably pious at the same time. Yes, Thor can.
He reminds me more of a school prefect than a god of thunder who smites stuff.
I would also say Cadel, but he's been too quiet this year.
Contador and Sastre - they're just so, well, boring.
Just my opinion.

Cavendish is very arrogant. I can't stand him.
All sprinters, at least the good ones are arrogant. There's a reason for that.
What you perceive to be arrogance is actually a lot of belief in himself.
I find it comical that there are people evaluating the personalities of riders that they will most likely never meet, only seeing them on television.

Cadel Evans and Carlos Sastre, easily.
