I think its a 46 or so. Its Dark blue and in good shape and 100 percent stock, would need new tires and a chain but that's about it. Any market for something like that?
The market for vintage steel Treks is terrific right now, and even stronger for small sizes. It is probably a 19 inch frame. Get it ready to ride first (chain and tires), and assuming it is really clean and ready to ride: $200 to $225. I put a premium on it due to the small size. Pricing is in my area, if you are in one of the hot markets, you could get a lot more for it.
You can get the exact age and any other info from the vintage Trek web site. They have a serial number look up feature (serial number is on the bottom of the frame/bottom bracket as I recall.
Most buyers do not want to buy projects. Even something as basic as flat tires will greatly reduce the value of the bike. The people buying projects (like me) look for large discounts and would gladly pick up your Trek at a low price.
