Seems really wierd to me. If im breaking from a high speed it dosnt seem to make any noise, but during low speed breaking it makes a grinding sound. Any ideas? 1 break pad is only about 70 percent its normal length beacause the end broke off while putting it in, could that be the reason for the noise?
