The Elites have hubs you can adjust or tight'en and i noticed when i got my bike back from a tune-up,the front did'nt spin very free,like the pads were touching but they were not. I slightly loose'en the hub and it spined freely so how much should they be adjusted? Was it right and it will free up as i ride or should it spin easy? Instructions and website was no help.
