I couldn't find anything on the "Triathlete." Does anybody know components, tubing, or anything else value related. My first impression is that the price is high, but I can't tell much about it other than the downtube shifters, no safety brakes / chainguard. I guess that puts it at least middle quality. I don't see anything on it that indicates a tri-bike. I'd have to see better pics and know the components to hazard a guess. $150-$175 for a tall steel road bike unless I knew more.

It is a bike and it is old. It looks to be in fairly rideable shape, but I don't think it is worth anything other than for basic transportation. I doubt it is worth that in Michigan, but if you are 6'2" or above and having a hard time finding a bike that fits, it might be worth it.
