What the hell is wrong with it? Disc-brakes, good lock-out fork and nine speed Shimano drivetrain? I would take the money you were thinking of spending, and use it on this:

Some people just buy something so they can "accessorize". That said...if all you're gonna do is upgrade the wheels/fork/crankset...what in the livin' crap is wrong with just buying a better bike initially.

The only thing that I could justify really is to lose the Soles and go to the Stroker Grams; but if they are performing well for you, leave well enough alone.
