He there I am an avid cyclist, try to get out as much as I can, I commute to work about 3 times a week and try to get a long 75 km plus ride on the weekends. The hole familly rides the boys and my wife.
I recently changed from a full suspention Proflex to a performance hybrid, Specialize Sirrus good bike.

Bonjour and welcome! Your post caught my eye since I am originally from Ladysmith Wisconsin. I rode the MOOSA tour to Quebec city a few years ago. I loved old Quebec and and had to go back later with my family. A very lovely area and countryside that I hope to return to someday.
