ha! i got ya! You thought this was about ice cream.... didn't you? So the title is very misleading for all outside the linux/unix community. This thread is asking what linux/unix distrobution (flavor) you use. So whats your favorite flavor and why? (not trying to start a flame war, just getting opinions)

Mine:
Gentoo (look at the sig ;))

why?:
Emerge is the BEST tool ever! The open source world is it your fingertips and you can download/install/configure it all at the same time with emerge!

My Linux machine is running Mandrake right now. This is mainly because it was all that seemed to work with my SATA controller when i set the machine up. I am probably going to switch to something else now that SATA support is more widespread in Linux. So far I have tried Mandrake, Redhat, Knoppix, Corel (a long time ago) and Slackware. I might give Gentoo a shot next if it has included SATA support now. I have used Linux on and off for about 6 years now, but I am still basically a noob...
