Hello- What do you think a '86 Bridgestone Mile 112 58cm is worth these days? Attached is a pic.
Condition is very good. This bike doesn't have cult following like the RB1, MB1, etc.

Shimano light action RD
Shimano 600 crank
Biopace rings :)
Shimano 600 downtube shifters
It's stock with the exception of the pedals and seat.

I've had it for a while and now it's time to go. If anyone has any ideas on a fair value please let me know

That's a nice bike you have there! I would hazard a guess of $225 - $350.

$250 to $275 in an average/good market (more in those hot markets). Hard to break the $300 mark without brifters.

Bike looks to be in excellent shape.

Funny it did not come with a Shimano 600 RD.

I think all Bridgestones have a following to some degree.

There's one up on Ebay now. Looks to be the same.

Another sold on Ebay a few weeks ago for something north of $300, as I recall.

This is a fine bike, and no doubt deserves the benefit of its association with those better known ones from the Grant Peterson era.

Just to follow up...

I bought the bike (size 53) for $160. I talked it down from $200 and I think if I pushed it I could've walked away with it for $140.

The bike was in okay condition. Lots of little chips and scrapes. The tires still seemed ok, but the rear tube was leaking. No bar tape and horrible saddle. Outfitted with Shimano 600 throughout and shifts very smoothly even with a dirty mucked up chain. Looking back I should have gone a bit lower, but it looks like it'll clean up nicely so I don't mind.

I'm also in a very strong bike community so prices are usually pretty high.

Well it appears I will be parting ways with this bridgestone for $250 today. I've had this since 86 and haven't ridden it since early 90's. I did some training on it last winter but that only last a couple weeks. I'm hooked on new technology & can't see keeping it around. Plus the wife is happy I'm getting rid of bikes instead of trying to figure out where to hang the next one :)

I cleaned it up last night and it's much better looking that I thought. A little sad but it's time for someone else to buy it, use it and put some life back into it.
