Road Cycling - Torque wrench recommendations

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Hey all,
Anyone have any recommendations on a decent quality but relatively cheap torque wrench?
Links are always appreciated.
Thanks

Guaranteed for a year. Unlike their other hand tools it's only covered for one year. BUT, if you sign up to be a Craftsman Club member you get 10% off during a certain week every month. That's 10% off ALL their hand tools during that week. PLUS, if you wait a few months they always seem to have the torque wrenches come up on sale then they add the 10% and whammo...nice quality wrench for less than $60. I believe they have three models- 1/2 in drive foot lbs, 3/8 in drive foot lbs, and 3/8 in drive inch lbs.
Oh yeah, the club membership is FREE!
No, I don't work for them, just spend a ton of $$ there every month.

In my gararge we use both 1/2'' and 3/8" drive "Dial" set torque wrenches. The dial set types are the ones where you rotate the wrench handle and as you do the torque setting changes within a little window. When you get the torque you want to set just lock it down. The wrench will then release torque and make an audible "click" when it's reached the torque you set it for. They are Craftsman wrenches and they have a lot of bicycle and automotive use on them without any problems. If you're just doing bikes, then get the 3/8" drive with a scale that goes up to 200 in./lbs. or 240 in/lbs.

i would also check out automotive parts..at canadian tire (i live in canada obviously) i saw a torque wrench that looks exactly like the park tool wrench except it was like $30 canadian...so my point i guess is look around at stores that sell automotive goods because they will carry wrenches on the cheap
