Why would anyone want a computer that uses pictures instead of text commands? Why would anyone want a little gizmo that plays all your music off a hard drive or flash memory? Why would anyone want a phone that you can surf the Internet with?

The question is what great product will Apple come up with next? Maybe they should turn to the keyboard. Instead of having all those ugly keys, it could be a single flat touch panel

My prediction is that Apple is going to move in to the gaming market and try to compete with Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft. Their iPhone is already a competitor with the DSi and PSP.

What prediction? As you point out, it's already happening now. They're simply going to compete with the iPhone, iPod Touch, and this iTablet they come out with. It won't be a specific gaming move so much as an ancillary business that grows out of their App Store. They won't even pay much attention to it and they'll become the biggest player. Just watch them.
