I think the reason why this keeps happening, is because the bike shifts when Im standing up, going up hills?

Use a chain tool to loosen it/them slightly. I would also change the chain oil you are using to something different. Roger

Are you saying the chain jumps around on the rear cassette/freewheel when you power up hills?

Have you replaced your chain recently?

No, i need to replace it before it gets to late. If I flip the chain up side down, would that help? Because its tight one direction.

What I ment, was that situation is what keeps causing the links.
Im currently using finish line, the green slime stuff that only equals nasty black greese that I can't get off my skin.

Tight links are not caused by standing up and going up hills.

Tight links are typically occur when installing a new pin into a chain.

A tight link could cause the chain to skip. If so you need to find the offending link and fix it. However, pedaling hard will not cause links to become tight.

Basically, the symptom is the chain skips when you pedal hard (standing and going uphill). There could be many causes of this: worn cogs, poorly adjusted derailure, worn chain...

Be sure to measure the chain for stretch.

Flipping it might help, but a good chance that it won't. As others mentioned, recommend finding the tight link(s) if indeed tight link(s) is the problem. Otherwise investigate drivetrain for problems
