I'm currently living in Changwon and I'm looking to get in touch with other riders here, Korean or expat or whatever. I ride fixed, but I would like to find anyone and everyone I can get in touch with here who would want to get out and ride. I know there are people riding here, but I don't know anyone yet.

Let me know who you are and where you are. Let's get something big rolling!

I lived in Korea for a year, check out the trail from Tongducheon to Seoul, it goes the whole way. Most American soldiers have bikes, because we weren't allowed to have cars.

Have fun!

Hi. I'm in Suncheon, Jeollanam-do. I ride mostly to commute. But when it's no so terribly hot, I'll be doing longer, self-organized brevets.

I live in Chuncheon in Gangwondo. I mostly do long distance rides and MTB, but there are definitely riders that do other styles if that's your thing. Check out Han River Riders or Cycling in Korea on Facebook. It is an awesome place to ride as I'm sure you've already found out. Get out of the cities and in to the countryside, and you'll have an awesome experience!

Cycling has really grown here in the last few years. It's not like japan or anything but people are becoming much more bike aware. They recently built bike highways across large sections of the country. Don't push yourself into just riding with foreigners. I'm the only guy in my korean bike club. they are really nice people, they know all the cool routes, the cheapest beer and where to find the best food.
