Did you see the size of McEwens helmet? HAHAHAHA! He looked like darkhelmet from spaceballs.

Sounds like helmet envy to me.

The cycling, like soccer, is not a real sport in the states, yet we own them in Europe. Only 8 U.S riders join the race compare to 30 from France and 30 from Spain, yet 6 of them in the top 20 on the first race today already.

"we own them in europe"? Quelle Arrogance!

In last years TdF, there were 38 Europeans and 2 Americans actually finishing in the top 40. What's your point? Enough of the "americans are better than everyone else" bullsh1t for a while, eh?

Obviously I'm a Lance's fan, but I'm so proud of our guys, like soccer, we shocked the world when we beat Portugal at World cup 2002, and now, let's hope Lance win the sixth, and probably the seventh :D.

Yeah, your football team is brilliant.

(For the record, I'm a big Lance supporter, want him to take first place, want US Postal to get their winners cheques, with Ullrich second. I just can't stand macho american bullsh1t. Roll on a more gracious, more humble, better America.)

Do you think Johan told them to get the team classification so they could start last in the TTT?

The Posties (Discoveries?) are flexing their muscles!

By starting last in the TTT, the USPS team will get to go slow, finishing just slightly faster than the 2nd fastest team, while conserving energy which should not be wasted unnecessarily.

Even if they win, if they finish less than 20 seconds ahead of second, the second team (and maybe others) will be given their actual time.
