the bike i want to try it on is a modded occ type schwinn chopper, probaly closer to the weight of a spoiler, maybe more. there a pic in the altbike section or i can post one in this if need be. i'm not trying to come up with some kind of hotrod electric, but i want to to be worth doing.

the second link is a bit suspicious to me, because I've never heard of a motor rating at 4700 rpm. I've always thought a motor that is properly rated would be running around 3000 rpm which makes me wonder if this is really a 24V or 36V motor.
